We Love Giving You Options
We offer two setup options. Choose between a Free Setup Option (where a 12 month installation fee clawback applies) or a once-off setup fee option. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but a clawback fee may apply if you chose the Free Setup option. .
Free-To-Use Router
We offer all of our Fibre to Home packages with a Free-to-Use router, delivered to your doorstep for your convenience, which you may use as long as you are a HelloCom customer.

Internet Fail-Over Backup
In the unlikely event of a fibre connection outage, we can offer you peace of mind with a backup LTE Sim Card as a "fail over" to which your router can connect to, to ensure uninterupted internetting. (subject to you having a router on-hand that is LTE Sim capable). .
